Following government advice and instructions connected to Coronavirus regarding gyms, clubs and social gatherings it is unfortunately necessary to temporarily close our evening classes at Spalding Common hall and The Vista Hall. This will remain in effect until further notice.

If you are not already aware we have a members only Facebook group where I am regularly posting training videos. Some aimed at specific techniques and some giving drills and combinations to practice. If you are not already a member please find and join the group which can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/151782302098404/ or simply type “KarateSpalding (Members only” into the search bar.
We will be doing lessons via Live video streaming where student can take part by following along.
We are also offering one to one coaching sessions via video link. These sessions are half hour or so and really give us chance to improve your technique. We have already run a number of these with great success which students have found to be very beneficial. Please contact me directly via phone, email or messenger to arrange this.
