We are running regular kids classes and fun workouts during the day. This is ideal for kids who are stuck at home all day and are unable to go outside and play. This is a safe way for them to interact and get some much needed exercise. It also helps to clear their minds which can help to keep them calmer amid all the chaos that is going on at the moment.

During this time while we are all effectively under house arrest is an ideal opportunity to focus on or even start your Martial Art training. We are running regular online classes via video link on our “online lesson” page, posting daily tutorials for pupils to train at home and giving free one to one lessons via video link.
