Our Lil’ Dragons classes really can help to build a future full of success for your child. It is a three part program made up of “LIFE SKILLS”, “SAFETY SKILLS” and “MARTIAL ART SKILLS”.
we address things which will help them to get on in life as well as improve performance at school and other sporting activities e.g. Balance, Memory, Discipline, Respect, Health, Nutrition, Co-operation, etc.
In safety skills we give them the knowledge needed to keep them safe in a range of different situations like Stranger awareness, Poison prevention
, First aid, Fire safety, etc.
A great way for children to get really active in a way that exercises many parts of the body. It is especially geared for young children focusing on moves that are easy to learn and remember but structured in a way that compliments the life and safety skills.
