Fit Kids FREE trial day – 19th February 2020

Bring your child along to have a go at one of our “Fit Kids” karate lessons specifically geared for beginners.  It is completely FREE with no strings attached.

There are three separate 45 minute sessions in which children will learn basic karate movements and engage in fun exercises.  There are also games which are designed to help them learn to stay fit and healthy both physically and mentally.

Spectating parents will be provided with tea and coffee whilst watching the class.  This is a great opportunity to see how martial arts training will benefit your child.   Of course there will be time to speak with an instructor where any questions you may have will be answered.

FAQ’s

Do parents need to stay?

This is a great chance for you and your child to try out one of our Lil’ Dragon classes.  To make sure that you get all the information you need, we do ask that you stay on this occasion.

What should my child wear?

Loose comfortable clothing should be worn to allow for movement.  Jog bottoms and t-shirt are great.  Ideal footwear is trainers or plimsolls.  Alternatively they can train barefoot.

Will I be able to ask questions?

During and after the lesson there will be an instructor available to answer any questions you may have.

If we like it will there be a chance to enrol?

Yes, after the session you may enrol, there will even be a special offer on the day.
