Beat the boredom this half term by coming along to our Karate day camp. The day will be packed with fun karate training exercises and games that are specifically designed to help develop co-ordination, balance, reflex, teamwork and confidence. It is a great way to get out of the house and burn off that excess summer energy.
The event will run from 10.00am to 2.00pm
and will take place at Spalding Common Community Hall.
The cost is just £15.00 for four hours of action packed fun, entertainment and training.
You can book and pay at your next lesson. Unfortunately, online payments are not available for this event. Places are limited so please hurry to avoid disappointment.

FAQ’s
What does my child need to wear?
As this is a karate training event, uniform should be worn, however if the weather is hot then a T-shirt with karate bottoms is fine.
Is a packed lunch needed?
Yes please bring a packed lunch. Orange and blackcurrant squash will be provided but own drinks can be brought if wished.
Should my child bring anything?
If they have their own helmet then it is a good idea to bring it. Otherwise no. All the equipment needed will be at hand.
